Rain's website is designed for rescued dogs needing new homes, many of them pound dogs, who would otherwise be destroyed. All the dogs on this website are with individual Rescue Centres and if you are interested in re-homing a particular dog you need to contact the appropriate Rescue direct. Any money donated to Rain is used to help rescues and individuals who save lives and care for homeless animals.

Everything Pets Rescue is based in Retford, Nottinghamshire. Our aim is to help save the lives of animals that are being needlessly destroyed. All the animals that come into our care are treated like a member of the family; they are vaccinated, neutered and micro chipped. They are also temperament tested so we can find them the perfect family where they will be safe and happy for the rest of their lives. We are a non-profit organisation and rely on fund raising and donations from the general public to help us carry on saving the lives of these animals.

Thornberry is a medium sized animal sanctuary that operates a NO-KILL policy. This means that we do not put any animal to sleep unless it is cruel, due to medical reasons, not to do so. Animals that are turned away elsewhere often find a home at Thornberry. There are so many ways in which people can get involved with our work, for example you could become a Thornberry fund raiser or take on a more involved role by working closely with the animals, like cleaning out the pens or stables, or walking the dogs.
