Iceni Mr Bridger
(a.k.a. Mainman Strummer)

Mr Bridger is a Johnson type, 50% American Import Blood from Mr Jerry Jacob's "Repo" USA Import (imported by Mr Stephen Bacon G.S.K.) bred with Mainman "Hendrix", another outstanding Johnson type bulldog by Mr Douglas of Mainman Kennels UK. He weighs 110lb, is fit, has no health problems and is a very good dog all round in temperament, training and structure. He is pure white with a tiny mark over his left eye.

Health

We tested him in NCL, the genetic disese, with the university of Hanover in Germany. The results came back "non carrier". Click here and here to see the results.

His hip score was done by the British Veternary Association (B.V.A.) and scored a combined score of 23 (B.V.A. Range 0 - 106). He's very athletic for such a large dog and when you see him run and jump you can see what we mean... He has also trained in Weight Pull and has pulled over 1000lb in weight and Lure Raced.

Temperament

His temperament is second to none and also this is the view of quite a few well respected American Bulldog people. He has passed his Breed and Character Test (B.A.C.T.) Stage 1 and Stage 2 with flying colours and enjoys human contact and play. His OB is also coming on a treat and he's very earger to learn new things. He gets on well with other dogs unless they are large males then naturally he can be dominant.

Confirmation

At confirmation shows again he has excelled in 2006. He was entered into six shows with results of:

One second place.
One third place all in a bully class.
